Hello there - Nigel and Louise here.
We'd like to let you know and assure you that since 2008, we've been practicing and running private rehabilitation clinics that provide the following services
In our many years of experience as a senior clinical therapists and administrator for the physiotherapy and rehab company that we run, over the years, we have learnt a little more about how patients who have personal accident insurance plan or other forms of insurance may be able to claim their physiotherapy, hand therapy and other rehab sessions with us.
Note that we fully believe in compliance and doing things well as well as helping you improve your pain-free movements and sports performance with your health insurance coverage.
Some programs that you can consider:
To guide you, what we often ask patients to either check with their insurer, insurance agent or their company human resource (HR) department to check for their individual and corporate insurance/medical coverage on the following:
This translates to
per injury, post surgery and/or post hospitalization
When in doubt, either speak to your insurer / insurance agent or human resource department
For some patients who are using company benefits (be it credits or cash), please check with your human resource (HR) depart as to how much coverage and when does financial year end restarts or ends.
Different companies and insurance providers have different processes.
Usually it's a 2-step process of
For some patients, they have to see panel GP first, to be referred to
panel specialists then get a physiotherapy referral to see us to get
covered for physiotherapy / hand therapy.
For some insurance or companies DO NOT require referral forms to see us
In fact, you do NOT need referral forms for our principal physiotherapists, hand therapists, etc to treat you, you can just contact us and make an appointment, especially if it's too painful and you don't want to wait.
Truly, it all depends on your insurance or HR / staff benefits claims process.
Yes, we have a number of cashless insurance facilities for patients - contact us to check.
We are also always looking to extend our cashless services, so if you know any companies or insurance companies looking for more panel physiotherapists / hand therapists / TCM, please let us know too.
If you are covered under Accident Plan insurance, you are likely able to see and get treatment from our TCM physician for any accident-related TCM treatments without having to get a referral form from a doctor.
The reason for this is because
So far none of our TCM bills have been rejected by insurance - of course, this is all subject to your accident plan term and condition, coverage etc.
